Folklore Society hosts National Folklore Survey for England launch

As a project partner, the Foklore Society was delighted to hold the press launch for the National Folklore Survey for England on 27th October.
The Survey "aims to capture an accurate snapshot of the folklore of multicultural England, producing new knowledge, insights and understanding of contemporary English folk culture".
Since its launch, the Survey's press coverage has included articles in The Observer, Daily Mail, The Guardian and BBC News - with results in the Survey relating to Halloween and Bonfire Night being central to its coverage.
We look forward to more findings from the Survey being revealed in the near future!
