The international conference, ‘Lolly Willowes at 100’, to mark the centenary of Warner’s best-known novel, Lolly Willowes, will be held at University College London on Friday 29 May and Saturday 30th May. Speakers will include Adam Mars-Jones, Professor Diane Purkiss, Professor Ronald Hutton, Philip Hensher, Juliet McKenna and Deryn Rees-Jones, plus excerpts from Michael Alec Rose's 2019 operatic adaptation of the novel.

Until 31 March the early registration fee for the two days is £55 (£30 for students and unwaged). Attendance for a single day is £30 (£20 for students and unwaged): single session bookings will open after Easter. The full conference fee includes tea, coffee and a buffet lunch on both days, and a drinks reception.
